Boardwalk Dental is Back Open for Business!

It’s no secret that the COVID-19 pandemic has been a tough time for everyone, which includes our dental patients. That’s why we’re happy to announce that as of now we’re open for business. However, under the “new normal” there have been a few changes that the team from Boardwalk Dental Care wants to communicate with you.

Here are some of the things we’ll be doing moving forward and how you can set up your next dental appointment with Boardwalk Dental Care!

Increased Safety Measures

When it comes to the health and safety of both our staff and patients, Boardwalk Dental Care sees it as the utmost priority. That’s why we’ve reopened and taken special care and precaution to ensure the safest, most comfortable, and cleanest atmosphere possible for all those who enter our facility. We’ve made some physical and operational changes to our practice to ensure the very safest and most effective care. All of the staff at Boardwalk Dental Care will also be wearing additional personal protective equipment and have been trained on the latest practices for patient safety.

New Communication & Appointment Protocols

Updated Appointment Communication System: Boardwalk Dental Care is currently in the process of updating its appointment communication system utilizing text messaging and/or email. This means we’ll need your most up-to-date contact information. To ensure we have it, please call or email our offices and give us the cell number and email addresses of both yourself and any other immediate family members that are also patients.

Please email jeannine@boardwalkdental.com, sheri@boardwalkdental.com, or sharon@boardwalkdental.com or call (613) 342-9333.

What To Do on the Day of Your Appointment

On the day of your appointment with Boardwalk Dental Care, please ring the doorbell to notify us of your arrival. You may need to wait several minutes while we prepare the treatment room. Once it’s ready, we’ll bring you inside and take your temperature and ask you some COVID-19-related questions before beginning.

Please Note: Do not bring any extra people or items with you to your dental appointment. Exceptions will be made for children or those with special needs. Please bring your own face mask.
