Electronic insurance claims submission helps our patients with their reimbursement generally within days.

The insurance estimates that we give you are based on limited information obtained from your insurance company.

Financial Assistance 
In order to provide you with the highest quality dental care on a sound business basis, we provide our patients with an estimate of fees and arrange for a payment schedule.  By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion and simplify insurance claims.  So that we will both have a definite understanding, you can select the payment option that is most appropriate for your budget.

1. A 5% Accounting Reduction will be extended to our patients for major treatment when fees are paid at the time of scheduling treatment.

2. Major Credit Card / Debit Card / Cheque accepted for payment in full on day of treatment.

3. Extended Payment Plan.  Please discuss this option with our financial coordinator. Options are available with attractive interest rates and interest free periods.
